We use this plug-in inside our RV when travelling to help our dog calm, especially when we have to leave him for a few hours. Our dog is a good traveler, but the first few days he can be a bit anxious. It needs a little time to work but has helped.

I was using this for several months with my rescue dog and then decided to stop to save money because I wasn't sure it was really helping. Recently she seemed extra anxious and was barking at my housemate more, so I decided to try this again. It is definitely making a difference. She is noticeably more calm. (Note that while this is the only thing I changed so I can confirm it is helping, it alone would not be enough to manage her anxiety. She is treated by a vet with a couple meds too.)
We have a 6 year old shepherd mix who is pretty high energy, overly-excitable and anxious. We decided to give these a try after speaking with our vet when we bought our first baby home.
